1825 House - Bushong Farm & Homestead (in New Market Battlefield State Historical Park) - Built: 1825
The federal style farmhouse was the second home of Jacob and Sarah Bushong. Duing the Battle of New Market it was a place of refuge for family members. It then served as field hospital after the battle.
